SPECIAL DELIVERY by Gaby Labotka

Follow a bike messenger as she makes deliveries through Chicago witnessing interactions in different neighborhoods that mirror the bedtime stories we were told as children.

Written and directed by Gaby Labotka

30 Minutes, Sunday at 1:00 PM

How has your identity as an artist shaped your work in Chicago?

Gaby: I want to engage the imaginations of my audiences and challenge their perspectives on identity. As a white Latinx person, my identity can confuse others or incite them to challenge who I am; in my work I like to flip the tables and ask them who they are and change the way they relate to others for the better.  Who am I?  Who are you?
