A thirtysomething bible study leader hears God's voice and tumbles into a crisis of faith. The study group doesn't seem to be learning much lately. And one fateful week, a quiet newcomer joins them, and puts everyone's beliefs about God, miracles, community--and themselves--to the test. BIBLE STUDY is a short play about skepticism, the dangers of comfort, practicing what you preach, and the relief of real love.
